When assessing mental health, we use and follow international guidelines, and our clinical judgment and diagnosis are not only based on our experience or opinion, but are also supported by the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) diagnostic criteria, which help us identify the underlying problem as well as other possible co-occurring mental health issues that may otherwise often go unidentified.
In matters of treatment, we provide advice on modern medications, as well as psychological assistance and psychotherapy for all mental health problems. Together with you, we will make a treatment plan based on international guidelines, explain the principles of treatment and discuss possible side effects associated with treatment. We will support you in carrying out treatment and monitoring its results and, if necessary, adjusting treatment.
If you have or suspect mental health problems, you can take a self-assessment or come in for a video consultation. We will try to understand the problem and, if necessary, find a suitable solution.
All you need is a smart device or computer (laptop) with a camera and microphone connected to the Internet. Once you make an appointment here, we will send you a link to the video call and a link to a self-assessment questionnaire to complete prior to the video appointment so that our doctor can better prepare for the video consultation.
