If you need a mental health assessment (mental state assessment) from a psychiatrist to apply for work ability benefits, then at the DocuMental Online Clinic you can do this without leaving your home, using a video consultation. All you need is a smart device or computer (laptop) with a camera and microphone connected to the Internet.
Once you make an appointment here, we will send you a link to a self-assessment questionnaire to complete prior to your video appointment and a link to the video call. When you come to your video appointment, please have an identification document (ID card, passport, driver’s license) on hand, by which we can confirm your identity by presenting it on camera. Our psychiatrist will assess your mental state during a video interview and based on your health data in Digilugu.
Based on the results of the assessment, comprehensive documentation will be uploaded to the national health care system (Digilugu), containing an overview of the assessment of your mental state, the rationale for diagnoses in case of identified deviations according to the criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and, if necessary, recommendations for treatment and rehabilitation.
All documentation will also be available to you in Digilugu.
